The Latest Reports on a new BATMAN film

Hey folks, Harry here. As my bugs continue to transmit audio from Lorenzo's office at Warner Brothers, I have picked up some interesting bits... Something about a parallel between somebody and their wife and how that is like Shaggy and Scooby, and then that the deal is coming together for Darren Aronofsky on BATMAN. Now, one thing that must be clear to everyone is that this should cease to be referred to as BATMAN 5. That's not what is going on here. For example, we would not have called the Nick Cage Superman flick SUPERMAN 5. This will be a complete departure from where Schumacher had hi-jacked the series. The latest conversation in Lorenzo's office that I've heard is that Darren Aronofsky is co-writing the script with Frank Miller. Now... I know that that would be fanboy wetdream shit, so beyond that audio... which I felt might have been being staged for me. I decided to... ahem... call around. And it seems that Darren and Frank got along famously while working on RONIN together, and had had many conversations about the Bat and what to do with him. While the other folks I talked to haven't spoken to Frank recently, they felt that this was in fact very very likely, as Frank has spoken well of Darren apparently. Hopefully this should be showing up officially very soon. Personally, I am very curious now.
