El Cosmico here with a tidbit from a reader regarding the upcoming LA Confidential series, due to hit airwaves soon.
Hello there in COAX-land....spoke today with someone involved with the LA CONFIDENTIAL TV series....word is the series (if it is picked up) would be picked up by a network by mid-May....the series pilot is a prequel to the movie storyline, with Jack Vincennes and Chief Dudley Smith as the main characters...Kiefer Sutherland plays the Vincennes (Spacey) role....Pruitt Taylor Vince (from James Mangold's movie HEAVY, and a 1997 Emmy winner for playing a serial killer on TV's MURDER ONE) is playing the Danny Devito role.

Well, not overflowing with info, but the few casting choices mentioned sound good...Anybody else got some info they'd like to share about this?
