SIMON PEGG AND PATHE JOIN THREE BAD MEN

April 6, 2005 - Arclight Films announced today that Pathe, one of the leading distributors in the UK has acquired the rights to THREE BAD MEN, which is being produced by UK based Priority Pictures, Mirage Enterprises and Remstar in Canada. Simon Pegg (SHAUN OF THE DEAD) is confirmed to join the cast alongside Woody Harrelson and Brendan Fraser. Falcom Media has also snapped up the rights for Germany shortly after the film was announced, showing great momentum in the weeks leading up to the Cannes Film Festival.

The film, produced by Anthony Minghella, Bruna Papandrea, David Barron, Marion Pilowsky and Maxime Remillard and directed by Paul Weiland (CITY SLICKERS II, MR. BEAN, BLACK ADDER, ROSEANNA’S GRAVE) is about a trio of hit men who relocate to the edges of suburbia to try to start a new life as model citizens.

The release date is set for January 2006.
